I wanted to provide an update regarding Vandalism/ graffiti, which members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey. As some residents may be aware, there has been several incidents around Oval ward where fires have been started in the street and inside of nearby rubbish waste bins. There has been a suspect arrested in regards to one of these incidents however it is a live investigation and further details cannot be supplied at this time. Reassurance patrols are to be conducted around the local area in the coming days. We want to ensure everyone is able to keep their property safe from vandalism or defacement in your local area.
